How to create and use brand voice

Creating a brand voice in Syllabbles helps your content sound consistent, professional, and uniquely yours. This tutorial will guide you step by step on how to set up and use your brand voice effectively.

From the Dashboard, click Brand Voice on the left menu

Then, click the Add Brand Voice button to add your brand voice.

Select one of the methods below to add your brand voice training content

If you choose the Add a link option, you'll be required to enter the link with which you want to train your brand voice and click the Generate Brand Voice button

If you choose the Upload a File option, you'll be required to upload the file with which you want to train your brand voice and click the Generate Brand Voice button.

If you choose the Manual Input option, you'll be required to manually enter the training content for your brand voice and click the Generate Brand Voice button

Enter a name for that Brand voice.

You can click the checkbox, if you want that to be your default voice.

Them, click on the Create Brand Voice

After you have created your brand voice (of which you can create more than 1), you can use them in when creating a content using any of the sources. Just select the Brand Voice you'll prefer to use that projrct content.
